Richemont Group Marketing Department is looking for a Media Data Project Manager!

Richemont is a leader in the luxury industry, encompassing 27 renowned luxury Maisons and businesses, from watches and jewelry to fashion and accessories, along with online distributors.

Within Richemont, Group Marketing is an international department supporting the Maisons, Online Distributors and the Group on their marketing strategies. The Media Department supports Maisons on driving efficiency and effectiveness of their media investments by providing the Group Media framework through three pillars: Digital Performance, Media Partnership, and Media Data & Analytics.

Within the Media Data & Analytics team and reporting to the Media Data Manager, the Media Data Project Manager key missions are to:

·       Deploy the Group’s Media & Communication Data Projects to support the data needs of our Maisons.

·  Contribute to the Media department key processes and projects

Group’s Media & Communication Data Projects

 

Group Media Tech Stack Maintenance

·  Together with the Media Data Manager, roll out the Media Data Roadmap for Maisons, working closely with our internal and external partners
·  With the support of the Data Engineering Agency, build and maintain the Media Data hub pipelines and infrastructure to collect, store, process, and analyze Maisons’ media campaigns
·  Ensure data is accessible and optimized for various analytical and operational needs by performing regular data quality audits and data completion tests
·  Management of the data aggregating platform that collects data from the different media platforms (Funnel.io)

·       Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to meet the evolving needs of the business. Knowledge of Looker is a plus.

·  Data Science: Support projects on media attribution, a/b and measurement tests.

 

Group Communication Data Domain Roll Out

·  Together with the Media Data Manager, roll out the Communication Data Domain Roadmap for Maisons
·  Work closely with our Maison communication teams to collect and build dashboards on communication data, including but not limited to data on Social Listening, Social Organic and Advertorial.

Data Governance

·  Animate the community around Media Data to ensure coherence and drive the domain forward.
·  Maintain the Media KPI Framework and Dictionary, the single source of truth regarding Media KPIs definition at both Richemont and Maison Level
·  Project management in Jira and Documentation update in Confluence

 

Media department key processes and projects:

 

Day to Day MEDIA activities & Maison support:

·  Maison onboarding in Group Framework
·  External communication on projects
·  Transversality with other departments 

 

Marketing & Media Community Animation:

·  Media Coordination meetings planning and preparation
·  Market/Maisons visits
·  Ad hoc Top Management requests
·  Group key stake holders interfacing: recurrent meetings with the Agency & Maisons.

 

PROFILE

·  Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field.
·  3 years of significant and relevant professional experience in Data Analytics or Data Engineering, in a media or data agency. Experience with Media Data is a plus.
·  Interest in the luxury industry and working in an international environment.
·  Open-minded, collaborative, and curious mindset.
·  Proficiency in SQL and Data Visualization tools such as Looker.
·  Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into effective data visualizations.
·  Experience with cloud data technologies and data infrastructure deployment
·  Experience with BigQuery and dbt is a plus.
·  Fluent in English and French.
