Job description
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible in driving marketing strategy and action plans to brand campaigns and product launches to achieve business objectives across channels. He/she will also support retail operations, co-ordinate and communicate with store team on retail excellence needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing
· Liaise with the PR and media agencies to implement all the marketing activities
· Monitor and coordinate PR samples with PR agency
· To consolidate and provide appropriate materials to media agency or press and monitor the editorial write-ups and advertising materials
· Deliver the translation of content and communication materials in English and Traditional Chinese
· Consolidate and monitor PR KPIs and monthly reporting
· Provide logistic and on-site support for all events and pop up.
· Support marketing needs from Travel Retail and wholesale partners including provision of communication materials, media, and events
· Compile and prepare post-event analysis and feedback
· Maintain a clear and organized filing system
· Assist in managing and coordinating plans, all reporting and documentation
· Process PO creation, invoice management and support accounting processes
· Assist in projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Retail Excellence
· Coordinate retail activities with BTQ team and internal departments
· Consolidate, update, translate and sharing Training Materials shared by HQ or other functions
· Help arranging product and RRA training
· Providing administrative and operations support to BTQ team
· Record and track CRM budget at store level
REQUIREMENT:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in brand marketing or brand management, luxury industry preferred.
· Degree holder in business administration, marketing or related field
· Hands-on experience in event management, public relations (in-house or at public relations agency) is an advantage
· Delivery focused with a strong ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
· Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners
· Proactive and self-driven
· Thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment with the ability to respond to change in pace and priority
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is mandatory
