HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
We are seeking a very hands-on, hard worker, autonomous and digital/IT proactive intern to join the UK Piaget team. This will be a highly operational role with a diverse range of responsibilities supporting the implementation and analysis of all sales and marketing initiatives. It will suit someone who is very hands-on, energetic and takes initiative in a dynamic and changing environment.
Key responsibilities:
MARKETING
· Press requests coordination
· Event & Activations support for the marketing and commercial team liaising with suppliers and assisting retail teams.
· Support on marketing reports for the HQ and share competitor best practises on a regular basis
· Ensure HQ guidelines are adhered, conduct regular reports, support with storytelling boards / nameplates development. Support the implementation of seasonal animations and product displays in BTQ/POS. Monitor the Boutiques Iconography and coordinate updates
· Inventory & Delivery coordination: gift, edition and PLV
BUSINESS ANALYSIS / CRM
· Support on regular business analysis in order to evaluate events effectiveness
· Working in Salesforce with CRM database, helping with building monthly reports
SALES
· Generate monthly sales reports. SAP, BI and Booster.
· Assist with sales, product forecasts (mapping) and preparation of reports.
· Coordinate GWP’s materials to the POS, uniforms and making sure the POS is always following the guidelines. Work closely with retail team and support WHS with necessary assets (look books, new launches presentation, etc.)
· Monitor market trends.
· Provide administrative support.
· Sharing best practice implementation between all of Piaget boutiques
· Visit the POS as required by ongoing projects and VM supervision
· Product management: Monitoring of all Pricelists in coordination with the HUB (input local prices) and adapting local launch calendar & products mapping in coordination with the HUB (input local prices)
ADMIN
· Main support for the team in various administrative tasks (meeting coordination, logistics…)
· SAP: Responsible for PO creations & Vendor creations
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· Hands-on and analytical mind-set
· Dedicated and willing to support logistical aspects of the subsidiary
· Excellent interpersonal skills, Client-centric approach
· Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
· Digital knowledge / IT required
· Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Business Analysis Tools, SAP is a plus
· First internship experience in the luxury industry would be a plus
· Languages: Fluent English (French would be a plus)
· Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
