Provide legal advice and assistance to various entities of the Richemont Group.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and assistance to various entities within the Richemont Group, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Design, develop, and deliver the organization's legal services with strategic guidance from senior colleagues.
- Offer specialized advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious issues, and enabling informed decision-making.
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents and materials tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Develop and implement internal communication plans to effectively disseminate legal information and updates within the organization.
- Formulate and execute external communication strategies to manage the organization's legal representation and public relations.
- Recommend and implement changes to policies, processes, standards, and practices to enhance operational efficiency and legal compliance.
- Identify and evaluate complex legal solutions, considering various criteria to meet business needs effectively.
- Develop and enforce procedures, interpret and apply policies within the legal domain, and provide expert advice to the broader business on policy application.
- Foster and manage relationships with internal clients, acting as a trusted business partner and deploying appropriate resources to support business strategies and plans.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in specific areas of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management, maintaining external accreditations and staying abreast of current and emerging regulations and industry best practices through continuous professional development.
