YOUR MISSION:
Plan, organize, coordinate, and lead transversal Supply Chain projects in line with Costs, Quality, and Time.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Plan, organize, and lead transversal Supply Chain projects, ensuring alignment with costs, quality, and time objectives.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project and workstream plans, ensuring all activities are identified, organized, and resourced to meet project goals within the organization's project management framework.
- Conduct thorough information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder consultations to define and agree on project deliverables.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to build effective working relationships and address stakeholder needs and concerns.
- Identify, document, and manage project requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and completion.
- Evaluate and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, implementing solutions as necessary.
- Prepare detailed project review reports and presentations, providing key information, commentary, and recommendations for stakeholder evaluation and decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a small- to medium-sized project team, communicating project vision and outcomes, and coordinating team activities.
- Implement innovative processes to improve existing operations and ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage project resources, including cost management, forecasting, and variance reporting, to ensure effective utilization.
- Develop and approve work schedules, including overtime and additional resources, to meet project commitments.
- Create and organize complex documents using various applications and gather data for special reports.
- Provide documentation and training for successful project transition to business as usual, and record lessons learned for future projects.
- Conduct and facilitate assurance reviews to ensure project delivery meets time, budget, and quality standards.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance capabilities and maintain industry knowledge.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
- Must be an experienced practitioner capable of working unsupervised.
- Experience in supervising junior colleagues is preferred.
