Role Insights

Due to continued expansion, Watchfinder France is currently seeking an Internship for a Sales & Purchasing advisor role to join our busy Client Relations department.
You’ll be joining a young, dynamic and highly skilled team, where collaboration and mutual support are the heart of how we work. Our experienced team is committed to supporting your development and helping you grow quickly.
You will assist our commercial lead team in handling Sales, Part-Exchange and Purchasing enquiries by phone, email, chat and face to face.
You will learn to drive conversion rates across these enquiry types and to deliver the best client experience, throughout the customer journey.

Duties will include:
- Contacting customers via telephone and email to respond to enquiries submitted via our website
- Managing your ongoing pipeline of customer enquiries and building effective relationships with clients to maximise conversion
- Supporting customers from the beginning to end of the sales, part-exchange and purchasing process, including aftercare where needed
- Participating in pricing discussions, under the supervision of the team, to secure a deal with the best possible margin
- Proactively outreaching customers who received a quote for their watch, to ensure stock growth

About you ...
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Highly motivated and eager to learn
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a premium client experience
- Positive and engaging communication skills, with a professional and confident attitude
- Results-driven and comfortable working with KPIs (service level, conversion rate, sales and purchasing
targets)
- Comfortable using digital tools and working with data to support decision-making
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- An interest or curiosity for watches and luxury retail would be a strong plus
- Previous internship in sales, customer relations, or a luxury environment would be appreciated
