YOUR MISSION:
Develop and implement the design and / or industrialization of new products as well as their adequacy to the aesthetic and technical requirements of the entity while respecting the means of production available.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Direct and oversee the development and maintenance of IT infrastructure to meet business requirements.
- Define and implement architectural standards for all technology services and components, including applications, data, integration, technology, security, and business.
- Present actionable recommendations to business and IT leaders for policy and project adjustments to achieve desired business outcomes and leverage digital disruptions.
- Document complex 'as is' and 'to be' processes, detailing the necessary changes for migration to the 'to be' state.
- Develop a strategic architecture plan, prioritizing data features, ensuring reliable estimates, realizing benefits, and monitoring design activities to meet timelines and overall architecture goals.
- Elicit complex business requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, expressing them in terms of target user roles and goals.
- Communicate the implementation strategy and business plan within the team, aligning with the organization's mission, vision, and values, and motivating team members to achieve business goals.
- Develop business cases to quantify current costs, justify project investments, and identify return on investment.
- Lead the detection and analysis of security incidents, including attacks, breaches, and vulnerabilities, and remediate security gaps in line with incident management procedures.
- Manage and report on the performance of a diverse team, setting performance objectives, holding individuals accountable, and taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Use the organization's development framework to identify and address the team's development needs, planning and implementing actions to build professional capabilities.
- Provide informal training or coaching to enhance performance and personal potential across the organization.
- Develop and deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion guidelines in all job responsibilities and interactions.
- Maintain a Master's Degree or equivalent level of education.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in providing expert competence and managing resources within short to medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
