Job description
Donzé-Baume develops and produces watch exterior components (boxes, bracelets and clasps) as well as jewellery components. Donzé-Baume’s task is to secure know-how in the watch exterior and jewellery business by providing a flexible, high-performance service to the Group’s Maisons.
YOUR MISSION:Ensure and guarantee the production of parts in terms of quality, quantity, and time for the different production lines.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Operate and adjust complex CNC machinery to ensure optimal production quality and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, performing emergency repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Execute routine operational tasks following established systems and protocols to support production processes.
- Conduct detailed analyses, quality tests, and inspections, applying independent judgment to ensure product standards are met.
- Plan and manage monthly work schedules, delegating tasks as needed to maintain workflow and prioritize high-importance activities.
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes, seeking supervisor approval for any deviations.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines to mitigate risks and protect the well-being of self and colleagues.
- Engage in continuous professional development through training, coaching, and staying informed on industry advancements and best practices.
- Post-secondary non-tertiary education required.
- Must be an experienced practitioner capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Limited managerial experience necessary.
