Deine Aufgaben:

•Erstellung von verschiedenen Auswertungen, Analysen und Clipping-Reports

• Betreuung & Abwicklung der Journalisten-Anfragen für Shootings

• Abstimmung mit den Produktmanager:innen hinsichtlich der Produktauswahl für Fotoshootings

• Organisation des PR-Lookbooks für Fotoshootings

• Überarbeitung der Adress-Datenbank und Ordnung der Bilddatenbanken

• Hilfe bei anstehenden großen Event-Projekten im Bereich Event-PR (z.B. Logistik, Organisation, Agenden, Press-days)

• Organisation von Mailings (Text, Verteiler, Versand, Bildmaterial)

• Übernahme diverser Recherchetätigkeiten

Dein Qualifikationsprofil:

•Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium und erste praktische Erfahrungen im PR-Bereich sind wünschenswert

• Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP)

• Teamplayer mit selbstständiger, flexibler und ausdauernder Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikatives Organisationstalent

• Sorgfältige, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
