WE RECRUIT

Based where Italian Design & Swiss Technological excellence merge together in our Manufacture in Neuchâtel, we are looking for someone in charge of internal communication within the manufacture, and CSR aspects for the Brand.

Reporting to the COO, the person we are looking for is expected to facilitate information flow, take initiatives and implement actions, while helping to share key information and data within the company and following-up important internal projects.

Candidates must be experienced, independent, professional, flexible, have strong communication skills, and possess the ability to independently manage multiple tasks efficiently.

In his role he/she will work closely with the COO and cooperate with all the manufacture’s departments.

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

 

·  Internal Communication
·  Update permanent Manufacture contents of our Intranet Pamily and our digital signage solution on screens accross our Manufacture (menus, visits, events, nominations, sports activities, etc.)
·  Create and design high-level internal communications (announcements, newsletter, etc.)
·  Support the communication of important projects of the Manufacture, Panerai & Richemont
·  Coordinate internal events organization (Christmas party, summer BBQ, etc.)
·  Coordinate shootings (on Youtube with Influencers, corporate films, product pictures, etc.)

·  Corporate Social Responsability
·  Conduct a part ot the CSR Brand Activity: develop and lead specific projects regarding CSR
·  Lead as the RJC project Manager

 

·  Support of the COO  
·  Support the COO on cross-functional projects.
·  Contribute actively to the manufacture transformation according to the 5-years sailing route
·  Develop, maintain, and organize data analysis and reports, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. 
·  Manage and maintain calendar, « Plenary » meetings, middle management meetings, etc.

  

COMPETENCIES  

· 
·  Having a Master’s or a Bachelor’s degree
·  At least 3 years’ of successful experience in luxury or high-tech environment 
·  Excellent written/verbal French/English language skills along with strong communications skills. Italian is a plus.
·  Working knowledge of CMS platforms and digital assets management systems (i.e. Adobe Experience Manager websites : Pamily)
·  Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
·  Intranet management at basic level
·  Expert user on Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
