Job description

MAIN PURPOSE

The position aims to increase brand awareness by being responsible for developing overall PR strategies and PR-related activities by supporting PR&Communication manager to forster brand image.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·  Public Relationships (40%)
·  Arrange PR shooting (daily stocks check for the shooting, boutique communication,  logistic follow up, security arrangement, documentation, on-site communication and product handling working with PR agency)  
·  Handling press requests and be the first line contact facing press
·  Updating monthly look book by co-working with Operation team and disseminate the press material
·  Compile all PR assets (pack-shots, images, news release etc)
·  Proof-read Press release and PR asset translation
·  Seasonal/ Ad-hoc gifting arrangement

 

·  Generate PR coverage and analysis (25%)
·  Actively pitch PR story aligned with global guideline and local PR plan
·  Secure placements in top-tier publications and media outlets and PPL opportunities that align with Maison's image and target audience
·  Analysis PR coverage by extracting data through DMR on a monthly basis and report
·  Monitoring all brand-related issues and competitors across all channels

 

·  Ambassador support (15%)
·  Follow-up shooting and business trip
·  Ambassador treatment
·  Seasonal/ Ad-hoc gifting arrangement
·  Monitoring all ambassador-related issue

 

·  Develop and execute PR strategies (10%)
·  Support ideation of PR strategy to deliver compelling coverage, activations and Maison corporate messages tactically
·  Collaborate closely with stakeholders, external vendors such as PR agency to align PR stories with 360˚ communication

 

·  Administration (10%)
·  PR-related and PR event administration & invoice preparation for all activities & expenses
