Job description
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
· Supporting People Operations Initiatives: assist with administrative tasks related to rental reimbursement program and benefits administration
· Enhancing Employee Experience: help with onboarding, offboarding, and managing personnel files to ensure processes run smoothly
· Maintaining Data Integrity: keep employee data accurate and up to date in HR systems to support effective decision-making and improve operational efficiency
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· A degree in any field, ideally in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
· At least 2 years of HR operations or generalist experience in larger companies to adapt to our environment
· Familiarity with HR systems, particularly SAP, will be a plus
· Understanding of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations to ensure compliance
· Detail-oriented with a sense of responsibility and the ability to work well under pressure
· Self-motivated and customer-focused, with a willingness to learn and grow
· Good collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork
· Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese to connect with our diverse team
· Immediate availability is preferred to help you settle in quickly
