You have professional experience in luxury retail industry. (product operation & supply chain experience preferred)

You are excellent in managing data and keeping up the record.

You have good interpersonal skills with collaborative mindset and outgoing personality.

You have high proficiency in Microsoft tools.

You have advanced level of English proficiency (verbal and written).

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

·  Manage High Jewelry Product Operation: You will be the key contact point for liaison with boutiques, Logistic team, HJ task force team and Regional team to coordinate high jewelry and high-ticket product operation and be in charge of logistic operation of import/export with other market/HQ and stock transfer among BTQ to reach optimum stock operation. You will manage HJ product stock condition maintenance including defective and repair and regularly monitor of WW high jewelry stock list to support target product for local market.
·  Support High Jewelry Product Development: You will support High Jewelry Product Manager to execute HJ product related contents/tools with local adaption and support HJ product handling including inspection, manipulation, and assets. You will compile High Jewelry event materials and sales tools cooperating with related departments.
·  Support High Jewelry Business Performance: You will maintain high jewelry deposit list up to date, updating stakeholders to take follow-up actions accordingly and work closely together with HJ  team and CRM team to analyze client portfolio, to support action plans in regards of product assortment. You will keep track on on-going HJ client appointment plans, HJ activations, and events to promptly support with available product offer. You will also follow up HJ sales performance on individual cases of potential sales opportunity, deposit, invoicing, and certificate status and prepare CHJ forecast.
·  Market Research: You will collect information regarding HJ event/occasions to support understanding HJ market trend and regularly monitor and share competitor HJ novelties information promptly.
