Finance Product Specialist - Retail Finance

Job description

CONTEXT

Group Technology, Richemont’s internal department committed delivering world-class technology and innovation, is seeking a consultant to join the Retail Finance, T&E and Treasury (RFTR) team, belonging to the wider Product Area Finance.

In this context, you will be a finance business consultant/product specialist contributing to the value creation within RFTR team, primarily through the design, configuration, implementation and maintenance of the solutions, continuous improvement, and complex support while adhering to best practices and compliance.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will be part of experienced, international team based in Geneva and Lisbon, collaborating closely with the corresponding business counterparties such as: Group Accounting, Business Process Owner, and local finance teams. The RFTR product team is managing multiple applications including SAP FI, SAP Concur, FIS Integrity, Retail Backoffice App on Mendix, Matchbox by Treibauf, DocuSign.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass SAP FICO for Retail and e-commerce, as well as our newly developed and expanding Retail Finance Backoffice App built on the Mendix platform.

In these areas, you will be expected to:

·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, contribute to solution design, implementation, configuration, test and documentation.
·  Support the Product Owner's strategy development by incrementally improving the product, designing business scenarios and use cases.
·  Implement new requirements stemming from changes in accounting rules, legal regulations, enhancements, or business model adjustments.
·  Evaluate enhancement requests and propose solutions.
·  Leverage your functional expertise, guidance, and presentation skills to become the go-to resource for our business partners, third-level support, and other team members.
·  Cultivate professional and trusting relationships with customers and the team.
·  Be prepared to learn and master innovative technologies adopted by the Group, such as S/4 and the Mendix Platform.
·  Promote the adoption of Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
·  Work closely with the business to document current and future state business processes.
·  Support Richemont’s FICO Level 2 and FTS teams. 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

·  You hold a university degree in Information Technology or Engineering and/or certified qualifications in Financial Group Accounting
·  You have very good knowledge/experience of SAP FICO modules especially in the context of retail sale, E-Commerce and payments.
·  Integration experience of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (SD, RB, CS, PI,/PO)
·  Experience working in Retail industry and B2C processes (Sales, Credits, Payments)
·  Experience working with SAP Solution Manager
·  Proficiency in English is mandatory
·  Knowledge of Agile Product Management framework/methodologies (SAFE, SCRUM, Design Thinking…) and practical JIRA usage is an advantage.
·  You will be an effective communicator, active listener, a team player, and able to work under pressure. We value a strong work ethic, forward-thinking, and being a self-starter
