You have proven experience in exhibitions & cultural projects management. You have solid knowledge of Asia and Hong Kong cultural scenes. You demonstrate excellent organizational, detail-oriented and time-management skills. You are passionate about arts & culture; jewelry is a plus.

 

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to the Managing Director, L’ÉCOLE Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for:

 

·  Plan the yearly cultural & exhibition calendar in collaboration with headquarter & regional teams
·  Ensure smooth Exhibition operations (development, preparation, production, logistics, ongoing maintenance, lenders, and contributors' relationships)
·  Be accountable for exhibitions budget and timeline, procurement, legal, security health and safety requirements
·  Cultivate relationships with internal & external parties, collaborate with the Communications team for full toolbox and promotion of events
·  Lead L’ÉCOLE’s partnership ecosystem, exploring new opportunities by leveraging on L’ÉCOLE’s assets and strength with a goal to create better value to the company and offer exclusive experiences
·  Grow and entertain the Education, Art, Culture and expert networks, build the awareness of the School among regional cultural and educational institutions. Identify potential experts for L’ÉCOLE’s activities
·  In liaison with the Maison CRM teams, develop joint initiatives, and use the school and its activities to engage with its clients.
