Event Operations Specialist
CONTEXT
As an Event Operations Specialist, your role will be to actively support the strategy and VIP client experience developed by our Maisons. You will participate in the design and implementation of secure logistical operations related to the Maisons' events.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Strategy
· Manage secure logistical operations related to strategic and major events
· Contribute to the client experience in accordance with each Maison's strategy, and to the improvement of their customer service level
· Actively participate in the implementation and deployment of the Maisons' events (worldwide)
· Maintain interaction and strategic exchanges with our various networks and regions
· Ensure compliance of logistical operational processes for events
· Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
· Ensure operational excellence in event management: share event management knowledge, train and coach teams and Maisons
Operational
· Participate in updating and communicating the event schedule within the Group Logistics function and its regions, and directly support the operational efficiency of Richemont International Distribution (RID) and the regions
· Assist in the development of work plans for each event, ensure follow-up, identify and immediately communicate any discrepancies
· Organize and manage debriefs after each event with all key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Group Logistics and the Maisons
· Communicate regularly and proactively with the various entities of the Group and the Maisons, and ensure the smooth flow of information related to events in a confidential manner
· Develop and monitor performance indicators, and deploy appropriate corrective actions
Financial
· Contribute to the operational control of budgets related to events and special activities
· Participate in budget reporting for each event with performance analysis
· Seek to increase productivity and operational efficiency related to events
Organization
· Indirectly participate in the coordination of partners and, where appropriate, assume a team leader role during events
· Ensure operational coordination with logistics partners, authorities, and other stakeholders
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· Degree with major in trade, logistics, or equivalent (import/export, customs, etc.)
· Experience in project management and knowledge of project management tools
· Customer oriented
· Excellent communication and ability to influence
· Self-starter and autonomous
· Fluent in both French and English
· Ready to travel (global scope)
