HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a Controller you will be advising and challenging Richemont Regional Functions (RRF) and Maison Divisions to achieve optimal financial performance through planning, reporting, analysis, and decision support while ensuring compliance with the Internal Control Framework. You will act as a strategic co-pilot, providing financial insights, driving profitability, and ensuring alignment with the overall organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:

Leadership Role: Represent the Controlling function on the Maison’s Executive Committee, contributing to strategic discussions and aligning financial priorities with broader organizational goals.

Financial Planning: Define and translate RRF and Maison Divisions' priorities into ambitious yet realistic financial targets, annual budgets, and long-term forecasts. Align these with overall Brand and Richemont strategies. Highlight future trends, opportunities, and risks that could impact financial performance.

Performance Reporting: Develop and refine insightful performance reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Provide stakeholders with clear visibility into financial performance against targets across key value drivers. Present updates and analysis at management meetings to support transparency and decision-making.

Analysis and Decision Support: Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify cost-saving and revenue-enhancing opportunities. Proactively advise on corrective actions and strategic decisions, including investment evaluations, cost contingency plans, and business cases. Act as a key advisor on operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring financial feasibility and alignment with company goals.

Internal Control: Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the internal control framework, ensuring compliance with policies, risk management, and safeguarding of organizational assets.

Strategic Collaboration: Serve as a trusted co-pilot to Division Leaders and Executive Committees, providing financial guidance across planning, reporting, and analysis processes. Drive cross-functional collaboration to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

Business Reviews: Lead recurring financial reviews with Division Leaders, ensuring accountability for meeting targets. Facilitate discussions to leverage opportunities, address risks, and optimize decision-making based on actionable insights.

Policy and Process Development: Define and maintain reporting and controlling processes, ensuring alignment with business needs. Communicate and enforce policies, monitoring compliance across divisions.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Master’s degree in finance/accounting with senior-level experience in business controlling and consulting.
·
Candidates must hold a recognised accounting qualitfication such as ACCA or ACA.
·
Strong financial, commercial, and strategic acumen, with expertise in tools like SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
·
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills in a matrix organization.
·
Fluency in English; French/Dutch is a plus.
·
Financial analysis, risk management, and strategic planning.
·
Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation, results, and continuous improvement.
