Job description

You will have the opportunity to join our South-East Europe Commercial Department as a Commercial Trainee in our office. In this role, you will support the entire commercial team in key daily operational tasks and actions.

 

How will you make an impact?

 

Commercial partnerships (external boutiques, multi-brand watch / perfume distribution partners):

·  Preparation of the partners’ mid-year review (KPIs perf. presentation and meeting)
·  Contribution to partners’ coop events organization
·  Support to the implementation of online partnerships
·  Support to the Roma / South Italy’s Area manager in the follow-up of Fiumicino’s TR boutique opening 2.

  Business Performance & operations

·    Active participation to the quarterly follow-ups of boutique action plans (results & adjustments)
·   Support to the regular boutiques’ and partner’s model stock assessment
·   Active collaboration with all departments to manage HQ requests

   Boutique & client experience:

·  Contribution to the boutique experience enrichment (MiMont’s bar service & activation, queue and waiting time management in boutique, retailtainement activities…)
·   Coordination of the hospitality trainees (hostess & grooms) in boutique
·    Support to the organization of the EoY retailtainement initiatives
·  Support for updating competitor mapping  
·  Internal newsletters update

  High-End:

·  Contribution to the operational organization of the HE event
·  Support to the formalization of clients’ treatments & programmes in international or European HJ events 
·   Support in the high tickets allocation
