Job description

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

·  Ensuring a constant and relevant monitoring of the commercial performance by designing, implementing, and levering the right tools & KPIs in close cooperation with boutiques, external commercial partners, commercial area managers and all departments within the company
·  Developing operational excellence and best-in-class client experience in all boutiques, including after-sales services
·  Making sure internal processes are compliant with local jurisdictions and group guidelines, and procedures are fully respected
·  Supporting the commercial director and executive committee in strategic analyses and commercial development projects. Supporting with the budget & forecasts cycles, and the related follow-ups, by updating the annual and monthly forecast based on evolutive trends and specific market evolutions & happenings
·  Directly managing a team of senior Performance, Customer Service, Trade Marketing senior managers, guiding them through short and long term business opportunities

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·  Extensive and consolidated experience in retail management, retail project and / or retail operations management
·  Strongly analytical, highly structured, dedicated, focused and organized, with proven project management skills
·  Flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
·  Used to work pro-actively & autonomously
·  Team player with a strong ability to collaborate, your team enjoys collaborating with you thanks to your positive mindset, “hands on / can do” supportive & role model attitude
·  Able to motivate a team to reach established KPIs and expectations
·  Solid interpersonal communication skills
·  Confirmed experience in budget development, monitoring and overseeing
·  Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations, customer service and trade marketing
·  Fluent in Italian & English, French being a plus
·  Mastering Excel (mastering advanced formulas) and PowerPoint, and SAP knowledge preferred
