HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

 

C&BManager is mainly responsible for

·  Setting Total Reward strategies for the purpose of Talent Acquisition, Attraction and Retention and collaborate for activities
·  Setting and reviewing Total Reward policies and regulations to ensure compliance to labor law and company governance
·  Partnering with HRBPs, HR Operations to educate and identify opportunities for progress and program improvement in compensation and benefits
·  Sharing and communicating Market Intelligence to Exco levels locally, APAC and HQ on market Total Reward trend
·  Regularly reviewing of Total Reward for all job types of the Market to ensure competitive for all positions
·  Ensuring Regular update the Total Reward policies for the Market

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Compensation Management

 

·  Participate in compensation surveys and to analyze the internal benchmark levels in partnership with Regional and Group rewards team
·  Provide compensation guidance on process improvements and recommend changes, supporting business and HR requirements.
·  Develop and continually improve compensation structure in alignment with employee value proposition, pay strategy and local business goals.
·  Identify and manage compensation consultants and contract project work.
·  Collect compensation survey data and benchmarking and participate in surveys to receive reports. Share and able to explain to HRBPs and business leaders.
·  Develop long-range objectives regarding compensation strategies and benefit programs in conjunction with the APAC Rewards team and Group guidelines.
·  Recommend compensation strategies that most closely match Richemont philosophy.
·  RJR (job grade) update and governance, critical roles compensation package review and further approval to ensure governance and internal fairness under Group and APAC guidance.
·  Coordinate the annual Performance Assessment (PMP) & Salary Review processes, work with all levels of management to make sure timelines are respected and processing of pay changes is appropriately approved and verified.
·  Manage job descriptions (for benchmark), salary ranges and survey participation for all jobs using appropriate position database; implement and maintain databases and records. Prepare regular reports extracting data from the database.
·  Compensation analysis such as gender pay gap analysis, etc.
·  Short-term and Long-term incentives management

 

Benefit Management

 

·  Research employee benefit plans and vendors to identify those that present the best value and appropriateness for Richemont.
·  Design, recommend and implement benefit programs (Medical Enhancement, Car Policy, Insurance, Long service award, etc.)
·  Manage the benefit plan renewal process with APAC Rewards team and HRBPs.
·  Manage relationships with vendors. Serve as primary contact for benefits plan vendors and third-party administrators. Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration. Work effectively to make sure the plans run smoothly.
·  Audit and investigate discrepancies, ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and timeliness and accuracy of required filings.
·  Coordinate benefit processing; review and approve billing and enrollments/terminations monthly.
·  Complete internal audits of benefits and benefit eligibility in accordance with compliance requirements; 
·  Provide regular reporting on benefits and participate in audits of benefits, compensation, and retirement plan as required.

 

 

Strategic Planning and Operations

 

·  Responsible for compensation decisions related to cost, direction and operations. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge in solving common and complex business/technical issues. Prepares and updates relevant Rewards policies
·  Conduct risk management on labor issue and propose solution related to Rewards matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations and APAC/Group guidelines
·  Analyze the current benefits, evaluating the usage, services, coverage, effectiveness, cost, plan experience, and competitive trends in benefits programs and identify the company's stance.
·  Develop an understanding and keep up to date on industry trends. Complete compensation and benefit surveys and review information obtained from the results. Analyze complex information. Forecast trends and assist with future compensation or benefit designs. Develop specific recommendations for review by management.
·  Monitor administrative costs of benefit programs and recommend cost containment strategies including alternative methods for administration and funding. Prepare budgetary recommendations and assist in the monitoring, verifying and reconciling of budgeted funds. Recommend and advise on benefit enhancements and changes.
·  Partner with HRBPs on communication to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package, compensation, and merit process.
·  Oversee the design of and distribution of materials for benefit orientations, open enrollment, summary plan descriptions and any appropriate compensation program communications.
·  Create and conduct presentations using audiovisual tools including powerpoint presentations
·  Provide internal communication on compensation and benefit changes, updates and operations
·  Lead or Participate in a broad range of Global, Region and Country C&B Projects

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

·  Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) with ten or more years related compensation and/or benefits experience.
·  Must have a strong working knowledge of all local regulations, filing and compliance requirements affecting employee benefit programs.
·  Demonstrates curiosity and energy and someone who is solution driven. Experience of working in an MNC is highly preferred.
·  Understand and respect the sensitive nature of highly confidential information and can navigate complex situations in a discrete, effective and efficient manner.
·  Project and team management/leadership skills and experience.
·  Thrives working in a team environment as well as with people at all levels, both within HR and the wider organization.
·  Must be a strong communicator, be pro-active, demonstrate initiative and take ownership of work.
·  Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience and competency in managing vendor and third-party relationships
·  Strong analytical skills; ability to understand, evaluate and make judgement on Compensation and Benefits topics.
·  Strong skills and experience updating and utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) when necessary.
·  Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with MS Office suite.
·  Demonstrates an ability to plan and set priorities; experience to pivot and change strategies as needed.
·  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
·  Fluent in both Korean and English
