HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The role of the Senior Global Marketing Manager is to lead in the implementation of global campaigns and activations whilst owning the strategic implementation of the Global Marketing strategy across the UK, US, and global Wholesale accounts.

Serving as the pivot-point across the business, the main responsibility is to deliver succinct campaign briefs ensuring ease of global application, a seamless global client journey, and rigor with a merchandising lens.

·  To help support the implementation and communications planning for the Western Region (US & UK) annual marketing strategies.
·  Ownership of seasonal media plans for the Western Region including flighting, channel mix and budget management
·  Working with the Wholesale Retail team to implement the strategic direction for Global wholesale marketing including briefing, calendar planning and budget management
·  To help support the implementation of the Content Marketing strategy in collaboration with the Content and Communications teams, channel rollout, communications planning, media support and annual calendar planning
·  To support in the creation and implementation of 360° partnership activations ensuring cross channel communication and global amplification.
·  To be the guardian of the brand book, ensuring seasonal and ad-hoc updates in line with requirements
·  Ensure timely delivery of global marketing campaigns, working with the Marketing Project manager to ensure the critical path is always maintained
·  To create concise campaign briefs providing clear objectives, merchandising priorities and activation plans
·  Work closely with merch team to ensure alignment of campaigns with key launches
·  Work closely with markets & ecommerce team to ensure all campaigns are designed for maximum local impact, particularly China & Japan
·  To manage the development of all associated local campaign adaptations & tools (e.g. digital brochures, artwork adaptations, packaging etc)
·  Manage flow of internal communication across business to ensure visibility of key stakeholders, including kick-off meetings and global launch meetings
·  To produce all internal comms relating to the project, including dunhill connect, launch packs, and post-campaign reports
·  To research and explore the wider competitive environment to identify areas of opportunity and benchmarks for best practice

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·  Experience in forming and building client focused, cross department brand marketing strategies
·  Significant experience of working within global brand teams within comparable industries; Luxury, Fashion, FMCG, Sports, Hospitality
·  Previous experience in developing ‘on brand’ marketing activations
·  A true cross-functional liaison and communicator
·  Media Planning & Buying
·  Channel Mix
·  Budget Management
·  Multi-Partner activation delivery
·  Strategic thinking, planning and operational delivery
·  Creative briefing and Cultural planning
·  Campaign reporting, Brand tracking and analytics
·  Entrepreneurial mindset and pro-active self-starter
·  Ability to present information and ideas clearly, in both formal and informal situations
·  Collaborative communicator with experience in working cross department teams; creative, financial, design and most importantly global 
·  Influencing and negotiating skills
·  Remains calm under pressure
·  Culturally and creatively aware
·  Strong storytelling skills
