WE RECRUIT
A task-focused professional who is able to quickly grasp the essence of a project and take ownership of the assigned area. The main focus will be on the excellent administration in regards to warranty extension enquiries and collaboration with appropriate departments. 

The position is for 5 days per week, but flexible working hours (anywhere from 08:30 to 19:00)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support an ongoing project integrating expanding service offerings to our clients while learning about the European client service operation.

 

Warranty Program Expert:

·  You are the main point of contact for the client and your colleagues
·  You are responsible for the warranty extension
·  You escalate warranty enquiries (if applicable)
·  You coordinate and follow-up with the appropriate department

Administrative coordination:

·  You are handling enquiries from Richemont website and directing as appropriate
·  Formatting and editing templates in SAP
·  Other administrative tasks

In short:

·  you are the European main point of contact for the back-end of an exciting on-going project
·  you will provide feedback on the project subject area
·  you take ownership of the subject area and are a resource to your local colleagues
·  you will master the tools we use
·  provide and be open to constructive input for further development of yourself, your team and our department
·  you may be asked to support in the additional operational capacity

 
YOUR PROFILE
You consider yourself technologically-fluent and a fast learner. You pay attention to detail but are able to move quickly through a body of work while maintaining accuracy. You pride yourself on your ability to work independently but remain a team player. You feel comfortable in a busy environment and are able to concentrate despite the interruption. You speak English fluently; any other languages a bonus.
