CRM Administrative Intern

Chloe Japan Retail

Hanzomon, Tokyo

 

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrative Intern in Chloe Japan Retail team. This role will provide the opportunity to work in the luxury brand industry.

 

Period: from December, 2024

Responsibilities: CRM & Retail training support (Retail Excellence)

· 
·  Conducting CRM data analysis
·  Monitoring trends and best practices in CRM
·  Translating global materials from English to Japanese
·  Researching competitive activity in social marketing
·  Participating in the development of retail strategies
·  Assisting with program implementation
·  Collaborating with internal partners on various projects
·  Maintaining project timelines
·  Performing other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

·  English professional working level
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Organized with a strong attention to detail
·  A passion for marketing and have an interest in CRM
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office

 

This is a paid internship that is part-time (20-30 hours per week)
