YOUR MISSION:Perform manufacturing operations of component in accordance with quality, time and safety requirements.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Perform manufacturing operations of components in accordance with quality, time, and safety requirements.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs and execute preventive maintenance routines.
- Assist in the installation of complex systems and conduct equipment inspections with guidance.
- Operate complex machinery, adjusting various parameters to achieve optimal quality and productivity outcomes. Generate solutions to recurring inefficiencies.
- Provide operational support by performing a range of routine activities using established systems and protocols.
- Adhere to the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the safety and well-being of oneself and others.
- Conduct complex analyses, quality tests, and inspections requiring a high level of independent judgment.
- Develop and maintain excellent technical skills through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
- Organize work schedules to complete tasks efficiently, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks to others if necessary.
- Utilize the internal communications system to access specific information.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes to ensure compliance. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any deviations from mandatory procedures.
- Upper Secondary School education required.
- Must be an experienced practitioner capable of working unsupervised.
- Limited managerial experience is acceptable.
