YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our Product Marketing Department. As part of our Maison's marketing strategy, you will lead the development of new product launches as well as the performance and profitability of the assigned collections, in coordination with all departments of Maison (creation, development, supply, communication, sales...)
PLAYING YOUR PART
Manage development of assigned product families
· You define new products across the different elements of the marketing mix and build presentations
· You write relevant briefs for designers and Manufacture teams
· You co-manage the industrial development
· You define pricing strategy to optimize the collection’s profitability
· You co-develop/ update sales forecasts tailored to market needs,
and specifics in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain departments
· You ensure the accuracy and updates of product data in internal databases
· You act as the main Product Marketing point of contact
· You develop sales and communication support tools
Contribute to business performance optimization
· You define and implement action plans to grow the business and improve collection profitability
· You manage commercial performance (quantitative and qualitative) by product and by country
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success in this role will require
- A master’s degree in marketing, communication or similar
- Strong understanding of the watchmaking industry and/or the luxury industry, key stakeholders, and the client expectations within this segment
- At least 5 years of successful experience in product management within the luxury industry, watchmaking a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills, meticulous, agility and organisation
- Fluency in both English and French
- Dynamic and proactive acumen with a strong team spirit
