Cartier International recruits an:

INTL. COMMUNICATION PLANNING & PERFORMANCE PROJECT MANAGER (F/M) - CDD

 

 

As a member of the International Communication Planning & Performance team, you will help manage cross-functional performance & strategic projects, and contribute to establish & deploy performance standards across the Maison. The communication planning & performance team collaborate with a large global community of +400 users and contributors, requiring a strong need for international project management. 

 

 Main responsibilities: 

· 
 Assist with Methodology, Tools & Reporting deployment:  

· 
Help further enrich the performance guidelines and strategic framework.  

· 
Promote Global Budget, Planning & Performance Platform adoption, coordinate training and onboarding.  

· 
Support regional reporting, share templates and best practices, assist with ad-hoc questions and requests.  

· 
Gather regional reports and insights for HQ.  

· 
Support Community Animation:  

· 
Coordinate communication (meetings & follow-up) with markets and regions to launch planning and performance projects.  

· 
Ensure adoption of the existing tool for objective setting and tracking.   

· 
Run surveys and collect feedback on our projects.  

· 
Project Management Support:   

· 
Contribute to the documentation and improvement of the global communication performance methodology and framework.  

· 
Provide support on large-scale performance projects, such as the development of a global performance platform.  

· 
Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring.  

PROFILE  

·  Following a Master’s Degree in Business or Marketing, you have at least a 1-year in an international environment.
·  A first experience in the Luxury industry would be a plus
·  As an excellent project manager, you are socially agile, flexible able to federate around your projects. You like working with others and are known for your persuasion skills. 
·  You have strong analytical skills and you are recognized to be a problem solver.
·  Autonomous, organized and rigorous, you adapt easily to a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritize your projects. 
·  You are highly proactive, dynamic and involved
