As a Boutique Cashier, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Force and client services teams, managing cash desk operations, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
In this role, you will be responsible for providing client-facing transaction support, managing the cash desk, handling bank deposits, ensuring compliance, and assisting with stock movement when needed. This position is special because it offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment where attention to detail and accuracy are paramount.
Among various responsibilities, your main missions are to: act as a key point of contact for cash and high-value transactions, ensure the smooth operation of the cash desk, maintain compliance with financial procedures, and support stock movement as needed.
Client Facing Transaction Support
• Support the Sales Force and client services populations with all cash or high-value transactions
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and proper administration of all related paperwork.
Cash Desk Management
• Guarantee the application and reliability of all financial procedures.
• Execute all opening and closing cash-desk procedures.
• Control the accuracy before and after payment, ensuring proper authorization and follow-up.
Compliance
• Ensure that the cash desk and stock handling are in line with all compliance procedures and rules. • Be ultimately responsible for the proper compliance of all transactions within the boutique, along with the Boutique & Office management
• Organize or participate in regular audits and provide proactive support in their organization or delivery.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
• You have a base of experience in a similar field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Result-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• You have genuine values of inclusivity and trust.
• As a Boutique Cashier, you demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.

• You are at ease multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.
• You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
• You have strong problem-solving skills to resolve payment situations.
• You have excellent time management and organizational skills.
• You have experience in cash handling, financial procedures, and compliance.
• You are fluent in Turkish and English (mandatory).
