PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
· Supply chain management for stock allocation optimization
· Merchandising management and store planning for sales maximization
· Product support (events, peak seasons)
· Assortment for watch and accessory category
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibility 1 – Supply Chain
· Stock management
· Stock analysis and report
· Product Support to both networks
Key responsibility 2 – Merchandising and Store P lanning
· Propose product allocation to PM based on sales trend and the needs of best sellers
· Organize boutique transfer for stock balancing in accordance with needs and model stock
· Visit boutiques on a regular basis to build operational knowledge and propose display plan proactively according to competitor study
Key responsibility 3 – Assortment
· Define and update Assortment seasonally for both networks with CARAT, Assorter and sales trend
· Update product tree annually on watch and accessory lines in coordination with Regional and HQ
· Coordinate with HQ and PM for Assortment of new opening, renovated, or reallocated boutiques
