HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

As a Business Consultant for Online Distribution and Logistics reporting to the Application Support Manager, Client & Market you'll be a key player in the Richemont Europe Region. Based in Amsterdam in a dynamic and international city known for its innovative spirit and creative energy you'll be at the heart of our e-commerce and logistics operations, supporting the SAP users in their daily tasks.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

·  Being a support partner: You will provide proximity SAP support to our e-commerce and logistics operation communities, evaluating the priority and risks, answering requests and solving issues in close collaboration with the E-Commerce, Distribution and Logistics support teams.
·  Being an adoption booster: You'll ensure the user’s knowledge is up to date thanks to your business and technical expertise (adequate training level, accessible documentation, efficient support of users).
·  Being a bridge builder: You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners and cross-functional teams, facilitate communication, proactively address issues and enhancements, ensuring efficient online operations across the organization.
·  Being a business enabler: You'll participate in the roll out of new template processes and functions, driving adoption of SAP and specific business applications across business users. You'll support test sessions during projects, release/maintenance cycles and regional deployment of the solution, ensuring our users are always up-to-date.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

·  Previous experience technical experience on SAP OTC/PTP/LE with preferably basic knowledge on SAP E-WM
·  Functional experience in Online distribution and/or Logistics is a plus
·  Fluent English, any other European language is a plus
·  Service-oriented, user-focused with great communication skills
·  Capacity to learn and investigate transverse business & technical flows
·  Analytical and problems solving skills
·  Strong ability to share your technical knowledge and influence peers as a Business Partner
·  The job implies some travels in European countries
