YOUR MISSION:
Manage day-to-day operations in an assigned store. Ensure the achievement of defined commercial targets (sales volumes, profitability, new clients, etc.) and the respect of the budget. Contribute to the development of Brand / Maison image and reputation.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Manage daily operations in the assigned store, ensuring the achievement of defined commercial targets such as sales volumes, profitability, and new client acquisition, while adhering to the budget.
  • Communicate and implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team, aligning with the broader organization's mission, vision, and values to motivate and achieve local business goals.
  • Develop and execute relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to facilitate effective information flow and issue resolution.
  • Establish a personal network within the business sector, representing the organization at industry events to gather market intelligence and enhance the organization's visibility and reputation.
  • Configure complex product-and-service solutions with associated contractual terms to meet mid- to long-term customer needs, presenting and negotiating agreements within predefined commercial parameters.
  • Develop internal marketing plans and collaborate with other departments to strengthen internal relationships and build robust external customer relationships.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system, identifying opportunities for system improvements to enhance customer relationship management.
  • Develop and apply procedures and policies within the area of expertise, advising the wider business on policy application and monitoring implementation to achieve specified outputs.
  • Utilize the organization's development framework to identify and address the team's individual development needs, planning and implementing actions to build professional capabilities. Provide informal training or coaching to enhance performance and personal potential.
  • Contribute specialist expertise and insights to the formation of functional strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Participate in the development of annual and long-term business plans, forecasting performance against KPIs, and developing business cases for key activities/projects. Estimate the financial and human resources required to meet performance targets.
  • Develop and deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Set and pursue personal performance objectives, using the organization's performance management systems to enhance personal performance. Manage and report on team performance, setting appropriate objectives for direct reports and holding them accountable for achieving targets
  • Monitor and review performance and behaviors within the area of responsibility to ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulatory codes.
  • Required qualifications include a Master's Degree or equivalent level of education, substantial general work experience, and comprehensive job-related experience in the relevant area of expertise. Managerial experience in planning and managing resources to achieve predetermined objectives is essential.
