Boutique Events & CRM Advisor

Job description

This is a fixed term opportunity, starting asap and ending in March 2026.

 

How will you make an impact? You will:

·  Collaborate with boutique management and the commercial team to optimize client welcome, hospitality, and overall experience.
·  Serve as a reference for the sales team on internal tools for appointment and queue management, ensuring preparedness for high-traffic periods.
·  Champion client greeting and hospitality, leading by example and adhering to brand guidelines.
·  Support the deployment of omnichannel services across all networks and coordinate related training and support.
·  Assist in maintaining boutique displays, organizing client experience elements, and managing boutique supply inventory.
·  Facilitate boutique activations, manage the boutique bar experience, develop personalization areas, and gather local venue recommendations to enhance client experiences.

 

How will you experience success with us?

·  Previous experience in hard luxury, retail, or hospitality is advantageous.
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with proven skills in creating and delivering presentations.
·  Experienced in project management and related tools, ideally Asana, Trello, or Kanban boards.
·  Confident on data analysis and competition intelligence. Demonstrates a strong understanding of client needs, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and contributes to a collaborative environment. Using CRM tools and Power BI.
·  Possesses excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with an innovative mindset.
·  Fluent in Italian and English
