MAIN PURPOSE

 

Richemont is looking for a Business Analyst who will act as Coordinator and community manager of different Business initiatives around automation. This position is open for 9 months to replace a maternity leave vacancy.

 

The Automation Coordinator will be part of Richemont Automation & Low-Code Platforms department, involved in cross-functions support for Global Richemont Business Organizations. He/she will be involved in the main Automation Richemont projects, acting as PMO & Business Analyst referent to support automation deployment at group level, on overall Business Application domains (Finance, Logistic, Supply chain, etc…).

 

In his/her role, the Automation Coordinator will also be in charge to improve awareness of Richemont Organizations around Automation topics. This by leading Communities of Sharing/Practice or by supporting training programs and webinars, helping to scale Automation.

He/she will directly assist the Automation Lead in global projects end-to end delivery, from initialisation to closing, including budget tracking, risk management and communication.

 

This position involveswork in a global environment with distributed teams in different countries and time zones. To achieve its goals, it requires strong coordination capabilities among technical / functional teams as well as Richemont Business organizations teams.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Automation Process Business Analysis & PMO

  • Business Analyst Expert in Automation Process. Helping global functions to define best Automation use cases.
  • Follow our Automation Operating Model for processes, from Idea Validation to GoLive
  • Technical Administration and setup of Automation for Processes in Department scope

 

Automation Global Program Advisory

  • Automation Community of Sharing & Practice management
  • Marketing and Training/Awareness around Automation
  • Support Local CoEs in Automation Governance
  • KPI Report / Communication for Automation value creation

 

Automation Platform Maintenance

  • Audit reviews ensuring Automation principles are correctly applied by Local entities.
  • Automation Platforms maintenance/support at Global Scope.

 

Automation Organization Enablement

  • Help in on Boarding new Richemont Organizations to Automations platforms (Trainings, presentations, support).

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science or Communication/IT Marketing
  • +3 years experience in Business Process Analysis/Consulting, 
    Proficiency in Automation Specification creation would be a real plus (using standard templates like PDD + BPM tools).
  • Appetency for Technical Process management (Robot run setup & administration)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Skilled in communication tools usage
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
    Ability to communicate with technical and functional teams in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service oriented
  • Fluent English required, other languages are a plus
