Responsibilities:

ショップ売上予算達成の為の販売戦略立案と実行および進捗・業績管理

チームマネジメント（管理・育成・評価）

• ブランドアンバサダーとして、DNAを体現したサービスを実施し、侵透させる
• スタッフの販売スキル向上
• 高いレベルでのサービスの提供

ショップの効率的・効果的な運営

• 店頭・後方業務の管理・改善

ステークホルダーとの協働のための、良好なリレーション構築

• 百貨店・各種取引先との連携、交渉、対応窓口
• 社内各部署との適切な連携（情報提供、提案/進言）

Requirements:

経験: 5年以上のアパレル業界経験

• 百貨店での経験が望ましい（百貨店内のインショップ）

その他: ファッションへの情熱があること

• クロエのブランドイメージを体現できること
• 売上予算達成の為の手段を自ら考え実行できること
