MAIN PURPOSE
Reporting to HK, Macau and Taiwan Procurement Head, this position is an individual contributor to drive procurement excellence, manage cross-functional procurement projects and provide support to Maisons and Richemont functions in their procurement activities, and to Procurement KPI’s target to the company. This role also required to support the function head on daily procurement operation and policy administration
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Category & Project Management
· Built-up and promote information and best practices sharing within its scope; support and facilitate local procurement forums and workshop.
· Managing daily operation with suppliers to carry out procurement & sourcing functions.
· Responsible for vendor management and conduct regular vendor assessment.
· Identify and explore potential supplier from the market.
· Liaise with user to collect service / goods specification / requirements, etc.
· Work independently to manage the entire procurement process; from spend mapping to sourcing strategy, supplier selection, negotiation, contract and supplier relationship management (SRM).
· Additional responsibilities and not limited to the above lists.
· Procurement Support and Tendering
· Support and coach internal clients in their procurement activities, tendering and negotiations.
· Lead project tenders and key negotiations and deliver financial and non-financial benefits by executing procurement tactics and levers.
· Procurement Policies Administration
· Ensure compliance of country procurement policy and procedures. Manage daily policy administration such as new supplier validation and bidding review process.
· Promote, support and monitor the use across the organisation of procurement processes and tools, such as strategic sourcing process, supplier code of conduct, supplier cards, RFQ and contracts.
· User education and awareness program on procurement policy and best practices. (e.g. Procurement regular training or Procurement Forum)
· Monitor and report on risks and compliance with defined policies and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
· At least 5 years of Indirect Procurement experience, preferably with experience on Marketing/Agency, Services, and/or Store Construction areas;
· Quick starter and fast pace of adapting organizational culture;
· Strong problem-solving and communications and people skill, including negotiation abilities;
· Strong analytical skills and business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint);
· Mature, detailed mind, well-organized, proactive and able to work under pressure;
· Fluent in written and oral English and local language;
· First level university degree or equivalent education preferred.
· Less experience will also be considered as Senior executive
