YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the Boutique Director in crafting an exceptional and memorable client experience, while upholding operational standards and driving sustainable business results through a strong clienteling approach.
PLAYING YOUR PART
You will support the Boutique Director in creating a memorable client and employee experience. Participate in networking activities and initiate boutique events to boost sales and brand reputation. Drive and monitor CRM and clienteling initiatives, developing relationships with clients and prospects. Assist in setting performance targets for the team and provide strategic analysis to achieve business goals. Oversee administrative tasks and prepare client analysis reports to identify local trends. Maintain high standards of presentation and client service, driving the adoption of new tools and services. Manage boutique operations in compliance with brand policies. Act as a brand ambassador at events, promoting the boutique's presence. Assist with coaching, training, and motivating the sales team. Develop positive relationships with the team by addressing individual needs and concerns.
