Assistant Merchandiser

What we’re looking for

An experienced Assistant Merchandiser with knowledge of fashion and the ability to
stay on top of things in a fast-paced environment. Some of your key responsibilities
would include:

· An eye for detail . In addition to normal Assistant Merchandiser stuff, you’ll be
responsible for meeting KPIs, hitting budgets and strategy, such as assisting
in the WSSI stock forecasting process. You will have the support of your
merchandiser and controller where needed.
· Problem Solvers . Your mathematical mind will help you create
innovative analysis, produce reports and assist with key financial submissions
to the business.
· Range awareness . In collaboration with the Buying team, you’ll be managing
a range plan, option plan and gradings,
· Communication skills . You’ll assist in the training of new Assistant
Merchandisers. As well as managing Trainee Merchandisers and helping
them grow their career.
· An obsession with quality . You will work with the retail team to keep an eye
on the Primark shopping experience and ensure our standards are maintained
through consistent and accurate reporting.
