Your mission

Organize and manage all clinical development activities within the scope- Define the clinical development strategy of the products- Organize and lead the Clinical Development activity; commit to and comply with deadlines, in accordance with specific constraints and allocated resources.- Guarantee the scientific validity of actions proposed by the different structures which report to him/her.- Guarantee the methodological validity of the actions proposed by the various structures which report to him/her; ensure that all the tasks performed within his/her scope of activity meet a scientific, medical and regulatory standard in accordance with good clinical practices and regulations in force.- Lead and supervise the team. Develop skills and manage performance, both individually and collectively
