Bramble Ski, part of the Le Collectionist group, is looking for a Logistics and Maintenance Assistant to join its teams in the Alps.
The Logistics and Maintenance Assistant’s daily and weekly tasks are varied and defined by the management team in order to facilitate operations at the station:
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
The Logistics and Maintenance Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of resort properties. Responsibilities include:
* Undertaking tasks assigned by management to support daily operations.
* Adhering to shift schedules set by the management team.
* Covering for the Maintenance Manager as needed and performing basic maintenance tasks.
* Managing waste and recycling, conducting wellness checks, and cleaning duties.
* Performing regular property checks and managing firewood stocks.
* Coordinating stores and guest luggage requirements.
* Assisting with snow clearing.
* Supporting team during guest bookings and purchasing supplies as instructed.
* Upholding company standards, attending meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Reporting any damage or incidents promptly.

This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of service and safety standards.
You will need to combine an enthusiastic and professional approach to both our brands, Le Collectionist and Bramble Ski, and above all demonstrate a genuine passion and knowledge of the luxury travel industry.

Desired profile

* You must have an EU passport or a Swiss work permit
* You are available to work full-time from 27th November 2024 to 21st April 2025
* You will need to be a hard worker, able to multi-task and have exceptional attention to detail.
* Working in a small team, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player
* You have a flexible approach to working hours
* You must be fluent in spoken and written English and have good communication skills in spoken and written French is a plus.
* You are skilled and confident in using the latest digital technologies, have a strong eye for detail and a strong work ethic
