You will be part of our Sales Team, adding your leadership expertise, skills + values to the delivery of customer excellence + business growth.
Your Role
Your primary objective is to drive the accelerated development of the assigned key account portfolio. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.Your Responsibilities
- To lead + drive the development of new accounts, while supporting top priority tenders in line with the vertical roadmap + targets.
- To develop customer value propositions including innovative services, products + related solutions with business units, specific industry teams + key accounts.
- To monitor key account performance within your scope (Gross Profits, volume), initiating corrective actions in case of target deviations.
- To keep track of business plans for assigned customers, ensuring continuous development + growth.
- To support request for quote (RFQ) or tender responses for assigned customers, in collaboration with relevant team members to increase success rate.
- To lead + coach key account team members in customer acquisition + retention, including supporting regular review sessions with assigned customers + introducing processes for continuous improvement.
- To organize + lead executive reviews + strategy meetings with company executive sponsors.
- To share knowledge with key account management team through regular content updates in our intranet, marketing materials, workshops, etc.
