Your Role
The successful candidate will have the responsibility of maintaining the smooth running of the Stock and Admin operation ensuring the provision of an efficient and reliable service to operations, whilst meeting all legal requirements.Your Responsibilities
- Manage stock and admin; Supporting the Inventory manager when needed;
- Ensure stock integrity, goods out checking, pick accuracy, reporting;
- Maintain a culture that develops a two way feedback and ensure communication takes place on a regular basis;
- Recruit, train and develop team members, motivating the team to ensure targets, deadlines and accuracy are clearly understood and are being achieved;
- Monitor department performance, undertake disciplinary investigations;
- Contribute towards the improvement of process and operating methods within Depot;
- Responsible for Health & Safety issues within the area of control;
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor degree in the area of Logistics or equal level by experience,
- At least 3 years' experience in warehouse, stock and/or Inventory roles. Successful team leader with strong coaching skills,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, …) and recognized for your analytical skills, you enjoy processing data to build reports,
- Can-do and problem-solving attitude, good communication and presentation skills, strong leadership and Customer oriented,
- Excellent command of English and Dutch.
