Working pattern/flexible working - We know flexible working is important to you, and it is important to us too. The Partnership has adopted a blended working approach meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The Ecommerce team aim for around 2 days a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings but again, are flexible on this.

Location - This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico. Please note, any cost incurred as a result of travel to the office is the responsibility of the successful candidate. There is no travel allowance for this role.
About the role:
You will be an experienced commercial and customer-focused individual with knowledge of operating in an eCommerce trading environment with experience of people management and influencing internal stakeholders.
You are responsible for content onsite, managing and optimising site effectiveness across end to end customer journeys. You are responsible for measuring the performance of content and site activation, ensuring continuous improvement and optimisation of existing and future activations. You are responsible for onsite improvements to improve conversion rates through curating content accurately and effectively.
You are responsible for the planning the delivery of the eCommerce execution and the actual execution of the customer and trading plan, campaigns and category priorities.
Key responsibilities:
You will work closely with the Category and Brand Growth teams to understand the strategy, trading priorities and growth levers, ultimately supporting delivery of these. You will be experienced in effective, data led prioritisation and managing competing demands.

What will you be doing?
·
Managing all content on site. Optimal curation and management of on-site customer journeys for homepage, area / category web pages across devices
·
Managing site effectiveness across end to end customer journeys, for example navigation & filters, boosting, curations, category landing pages
·
Planning & Execution of customer plan, campaigns and category priorities
·
Interventions / activities to ensure trading priorities, marketing tactics & onsite conversion meet commercial targets
·
Optimisation of content on site and site effectiveness, using content analytics and data sources
·
Stakeholder management with Customer & Category Growth Teams
·
Prioritisation of content on site

Approving content for going on site

Essential skills you’ll need:

eCommerce experience - understands how to influence conversion, traffic and AOV through multiple digital and trading functions.
