Job description

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Recreation department. The Team Leader - Recreation is responsible for supporting the Assistant Manager - Recreation overseeing the recreation facilities, including the gym, pool, spa, and other wellness areas. This role is required to ensure smooth daily operations, a high level of guest satisfaction, supervise and train recreation team members, ensuring they provide outstanding service, develop and implement engaging wellness, fitness, and leisure programs and monitor safety protocols, maintenance, and cleanliness of all recreational areas.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

• Diploma or certification in Sports Science, Hospitality, Recreation Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with international 5-star chain hotel or resort.
• Strong guest service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of fitness, wellness, and safety regulations.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
