As Outlet Manager, you will be responsible to assist in the daily supervision restaurant operations, menu planning and maintain sanitation standards. You will support and manage the Outlet while working closely with F&B Manager and also strives to continually improve guest satisfaction.

Qualifications :

This position is only for Indonesian.

·  Having at least 2 years experience in luxury hotels operations as Restaurant Manager.
·  Expertise in managing all day-to-day operations.
·  Capable to maintain service and sanitation standards in restaurant and bar/lounge areas.
·  Strong ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver an excellent dining experience to our guests.
·  Outgoing personality with excellent communication and leadership skills.
