We're looking for a Sous Chef who knows how to lead a kitchen that's both high-performing and deeply human.

The Role
You'll work alongside our Chef de Cuisine to bring our restaurant to life.

This is a hands-on leadership role — on the pass, in the detail, and with the team.

What You'll Do

· Lead service across all outlets, from breakfast to evening dining
· Support menu development with a focus on seasonality and local influence
· Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across every dish
· Train, mentor, and inspire junior chefs
· Manage ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation
· Uphold food safety and hygiene standards with precision

·  Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
·  A refined approach to food —technique-driven, detail-oriented, and creative
·  A natural leader who builds calm, focused teams
·  Strong understanding of modern food trends and classic foundations
·  The ability to move with service while keeping standards high
·  A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
