Responsibilities 職責

· Under the direction of the F&B Operations Manager, the Service Associate is responsible for mise-en-place, service, cashiering and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlet 在餐飲營運經理的指導下，負責準備工作、服務、收銀以及在餐廳中提升顧客滿意度
· Ensure compliance with service standards specific to Chinese Cuisine​​​​​​ 確保遵守中餐的服務標準
· Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively 有效處理客人的詢問和投訴
· Take orders and serve food and beverages 接收訂單並提供食品和飲料
· Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area 確保用餐區的清潔和有序
· Check inventory in sections appointed for daily requisition ​​檢查餐廳的庫存以進行每日訂貨
· Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions & enquiries 提供菜單建議並回答客人的問題和查詢
· Assign seats, take orders and recommend dishes and beverages 分配座位、接收訂單並推薦菜式和飲品
· Perform any duties assigned by the Management Team deemed necessary ​​​​​​執行管理團隊認為必要的任何指派職責
