Front Office Night Manager

We're seeking a confident, service-driven Front Office Night Manager to oversee the hotel during the overnight shift. As the leader on duty, you'll ensure the smooth running of the Front Office, provide outstanding guest service, support the Night Audit process, and maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead all overnight hotel operations, ensuring the highest levels of guest service and operational excellence.

· Manage the Front Office during the night shift, acting as the senior leader on property.

· Complete the Night Audit process accurately and efficiently, ensuring all financial and operational reports are finalised.

· Deliver seamless late check-ins, early departures, and overnight guest assistance.

· Respond confidently to guest enquiries, feedback, and service recovery situations.

· Monitor hotel security, safety procedures, and emergency protocols throughout the night.

· Oversee room allocations, occupancy, and VIP arrivals to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.

· Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security to resolve overnight operational matters.

· Perform cash handling, end-of-day balancing, reporting, and administrative duties.

· Prepare the hotel for the morning shift, ensuring a smooth operational handover

Desired profile

Qualifications :

About You

· Previous experience as a Night Manager, Duty Manager, or Front Office Supervisor within a hotel environment.

· Experience with Night Audit procedures and hotel financial reconciliation.

· Lifestyle or boutique hospitality experience is highly regarded.

· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Calm under pressure with the ability to work independently overnight.

· Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences, even after hours.

· Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS or a similar hotel management system preferred.

· Flexible to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

· Possess a genuine “can do” mindset and thrive in a dynamic environment.
