Team Leader - Housekeeping

Job description

1. Prepare daily and weekly work plans and ensure reasonable arrangements based on the business situation and key performance indicators of the day.

2. Assign the job responsibilities of the floor attendants in the housekeeping department and check the completed work of the floor attendants in the housekeeping department.

3. Plan and determine the work schedule, carpet cleaning, deep cleaning, and ensure the implementation of the prescribed regular work.

4. Supervise the floor attendants of the housekeeping department to complete the designated and additional tasks every day.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

1. More than 2 years of working experience in the same position.

2. Be familiar with all the service procedures and business knowledge of guest rooms.

3. Good communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to effectively supervise subordinates.
