Job description
What you will do:

Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel's brand standard

Responsible for full spectrum of duties, including greeting guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out procedures for guests, handling enquiries and complaints professionally, coaching and supporting the team etc
·
Lead the Hosts in order to ensure the efficient operation
·
Engage in heart-felt and genuine conversation and promote loyalty
·
Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by establishing good rapport with guests, anticipating guests' needs and providing prompt response to guests

Preferably with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management

Good communication skills and high proficiency in language skills
