The Role

Grand Hyatt Melbourne holds a unique opportunity for an energetic and experienced leader to join its fast-paced Food & Beverage Division in the position of Team Leader - Collins Kitchen

Day to Day

This position is responsible for assisting in the smooth, efficient and controlled operation of the Collins Kitchen Restaurant.

· Providing food & beverage services to our guests, through a personalized Dining experience
· Answer any menu enquiries to guests
· Assist in departmental administration requirements
· Assist in training Food & Beverage Attendants
· Offering general food & beverage support to In Room Dining & RuCo Bar as required by business demands

Desired profile

Qualifications :

What we are looking for?

·  Previous Food & Beverage experienced preferred, but not necessary
·  A positive attitude for customer service
·  MUST have an unrestricted working Visa for Australia
·  Must have a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate for Victoria
·  The ability to create a positive first impression
·  The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, night shifts and public holidays
