Now Hiring: Chef de Cuisine
Join one of Tokyo’s premier steakhouses and lead a passionate culinary team in delivering bold,
flame-grilled flavors and premium-quality dishes.
· Oversee all kitchen operations and maintain the highest culinary standards
· Curate and innovate steakhouse menus in line with the restaurant concept using premium meats and seasonal ingredients
· Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic team of chefs and kitchen colleagues
· Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of every dish
· Manage food costs, inventory, and hygiene compliance
· Collaborate closely with front-of-house and management to elevate the guest dining experience
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant
· Background in Western cuisine, ideally within hotels or standalone restaurants
· Prior experience in a steakhouse or grill-focused concept strongly preferred
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster teamwork, clear communication, and staff motivation
· In-depth knowledge of food cost management and operational efficiency
· Track record in building, training, and developing high-performing kitchen teams
